ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
Owner of the site "http://www.esperienzatoscana.com" is the company Altobio di Lorena Maestri & C. sas, with registered offices in Via M. Roncioni, 170-59100 - (PO), registered in the Register companies of Prato n. - R.E.A.
The contract (as defined: distance contract pursuant to Art. 50 et seq. Of Leg. September 6, 2005, n. 206 "Consumer Code") entered into between Altobio di Lorena Maestri & C. sas and the customer, means concluded with the acceptance, even partial, by Altobio di Lorena Maestri & C. sas of a purchase proposal issued by the Customer, through Internet, in the website www.esperienzatoscana.com
By placing an order, the customer declares to have read all the instructions provided during the purchase procedure and accept the general conditions and payment arrangements set out in the purchase process.
DISCLAIMER :
In case of non-acceptance, even partial, of an order by Altobio di Lorena Maestri & C. sas is excluded any right of the Customer to damages or compensation.
PURCHASING METHODS
THE CONTRACT.
The Contract is executed by the communication to the customer (who has taken steps to fill all required fields in the on line purchase cart and has sent the order via Internet) that the proposal was accepted. The correct order is confirmed by Altobio di Lorena Maestri & C. sas by reply e-mail sent to the email address supplied by the customer when ordering. The “Customer Order Number”, reported in the confirmation message with the date will be used in any further communication with the company. The customer agrees to verify the correctness of all data entered in the manner described in this document and communicate any corrections.
NOT AGREE
In case of non-acceptance, for any reason, Altobio di Lorena Maestri & C. sas ensures timely communication to the customer with the appropriate means.
INVOICE
For every order placed on Altobio di Lorena Maestri & C. sas, when the Customer has expressly requested while ordering and have provided valid VAT or CF valid upon registration Account customer, Altobio di Lorena Maestri & C. sas will issue an invoice , sending it via e-mail to the order, in accordance with Article 14 of Presidential Decree And Legislative Decree 445/2000. 52/2004.
RULES OF PAYMENT
The payment of the products purchased and the shipping costs must be paid by the customer through one of the following ways:
a) on line by Credit Card and Paypal;
b) Anticipated by bank transfer;

b) Prepayment
Payment can be made in advance by bank transfer to be made using data and bank details which will be sent with the order confirmation. The goods will be shipped after payment has been received.
PRODUCT DELIVERY AND SHIPPING COSTS
Altobio di Lorena Maestri & C. sas delivers the products to the address indicated by the customer on schedule by the details of courier or within fifteen (15) days after the conclusion of the Agreement. No responsibility can be attributed to Altobio sas in case of delay in the order or delivery of the order in the event of failure or default on the part of the courier delivery.
DELIVERY CHARGES.
Delivery costs are charged to the receiver and shown explicitly at the time of order, except promotional activities that provide for delivery at the expense of Altobio sas. These promotional activities, if any, will be listed on the site and clearly exemplified in the manner according to the current promotion from time to time. The payment of the goods by the customer will be using the method chosen when ordering.
METHOD DELIVERY
Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the customer is invited and still required to check:
a) the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated in the transport document;
b) packaging of packages is intact in all its parts, not damaged or compromised by atmospheric events or otherwise altered.
Any detection of damage to the packaging or the mismatch in the number of packages should be immediately reported to the courier in writing. Once signed the slip, the customer can not make any objection about the appearance of the goods.
FAILURE TO WITHDRAW
If you fail to collect within 3 working days of the material in storage at the courier's warehouses because of repeated inability to deliver to the address specified by the Customer, the order will be sent back at the warehouses of Altobio sas. Agreements will be taken for the new evasion and the related additional shipping costs.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
To exercise this right, the customer must send a written notice to info@esperienzatoscana.com, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 14 working days of receipt of goods. Such notice shall be addressed to:

Once such notice of withdrawal, the Customer Service will quickly inform the customer instructions on how to return.
The packages must be returned intact and in packaging received with the shipment.
The costs of shipment for the return of the products will be paid by Altobio sas.
REFUND
Altobio sas will reimburse the customer the full amount already paid, within 14 days of return of goods, by transfer of the amount charged on the credit card or by bank transfer. In this case, the Buyer shall promptly provide the bank account on which the reimbursement (Cod. ABI - CAB - Current Account of the invoice).
COMPLAINS
Any complain must be addressed in writing by registered A / R in Altobio di Lorena Maestri & C. sas Via Marco Roncioni n. 170-59100 Prato
JURISDICTION
The sales contract between the customer and Altobio sas is intended signed and concluded in Italy, and therefore governed by Italian law. If the customer is a consumer, any civil litigation and / or prosecution of the application, implementation, and breach of the sales contract at a distance will be of territorial jurisdiction of the court of reference in which the customer's residence or domicile, if located in the territory of the Italian State. In all other cases (eg. If the Customer has his residence or place of business abroad), the local jurisdiction is the only forum of Prato.

We inform you that the personal data are collected in order to register the user, to provide him with the requested services and to pay related communications. The data are processed electronically in compliance with current laws. The customer enjoys the rights under Article 7 Legislative Decree 196/2003. The holder of personal data is Altobio di Lorena Maestri & C. sas - inside the Central Market of San Lorenzo - 50100 - Florence (FI) Italy, which uses its own employees and consultants appointed for the purpose.
